Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 August 2026
This policy covers this website only — provlepsi.com, the marketing site for the Provlepsi prediction markets platform. It does not cover the Provlepsi platform itself, which is not yet publicly available.
The site is operated by [legal entity name and registered address], part of WizTech Group. Contact: info@provlepsi.com.
The short version
This is a static marketing site. We set no cookies of our own and run no advertising or tracking scripts. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us — by booking a demo or by email. Two third parties are involved: our host Cloudflare, which collects cookieless aggregate traffic statistics, and Cal.com, which powers the booking calendar and sets its own cookies. The calendar is not loaded until you go to book. Both are covered below.
What we collect
If you book a demo
The booking calendar in the contact section is embedded from Cal.com. Loading it places a request to Cal.com's servers, which receives your IP address and browser information, and Cal.com sets its own cookies in your browser to run the booking widget.
This does not happen when the page opens. Cal.com is contacted only once you show an intent to book — scrolling to the booking section, or hovering, focusing or tapping a booking button. Until then no request reaches Cal.com and it sets no cookie.
When you complete a booking, Cal.com processes the details you enter — typically your name, email address and anything you add in the booking questions — together with the meeting time, and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting. Cal.com acts as our processor for this, and also processes data under its own terms. See Cal.com's Privacy Policy.
If you would rather not load the embed, you can book from the Cal.com page directly or just email us.
If you email us
We receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we keep the correspondence so we can handle your enquiry and any follow-up.
Fonts
The site's typefaces are served from our own domain. Loading them does not contact Google or any other third party, so no request for a font reveals your IP address to anyone but our hosting provider.
Your theme preference
If you use the light/dark toggle, we save that choice in your browser's local
storage under theme-preference. This is not a cookie, is not personal
data, is never sent to us or anyone else, and stays on your device. Clearing your
browser storage removes it.
Server logs
Our hosting provider, [hosting provider], keeps standard server logs which may include IP addresses, for security and reliability purposes. Retention is governed by that provider.
Traffic statistics
Our host Cloudflare collects basic aggregate traffic statistics for
this site — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what
browsers they use. This is done with a script served from
static.cloudflareinsights.com. It sets no cookies, does not follow you
between sites, and does not build a profile of you. To serve it, Cloudflare receives
your IP address and the address of the page you are on.
What we do not do
- We set no cookies of our own (the embedded Cal.com calendar sets its own).
- We run no analytics of our own, and no session recording, heatmaps or A/B testing. Our host collects the aggregate statistics described above.
- We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels.
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- We do not make automated decisions about you.
Legal basis and retention
Where the UK/EU GDPR applies, we process demo enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about the platform, and on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
We keep enquiry data for [retention period, e.g. 24 months] after our last contact with you, then delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email info@provlepsi.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
International transfers
Cal.com may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under its own transfer safeguards.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Because the platform is pre-launch, expect this policy to be replaced with a fuller one covering the product itself before launch.
